The Koko Platz Community Rec Centre experienced extensive fire damage to the clubhouse resulting in a total loss of the building on April 29, 2021.
As vital part of the community, Koko Platz Rec Centre is enjoyed year round by a number of families and it is the plan is to rebuild the clubhouse. A number of community members have expressed their support for the club and the rebuild including KF Aerospace, who recently made a financial donation to the community centre.
