On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch development projects in Assam totaling roughly Rs 11,600 crore. Modi will attend a public meeting at 11.30 a.m. at the Veterinary College Playground in Khanapara, where he will reveal numerous state and central projects.

The projects include the Kamakhya Temple corridor, six-lane road, Nehru Stadium upgrade, new sports complex, Asom Mala roads phase 2, Gauhati Medical College and Hospital building, Karimganj Medical College and Hospital, Unity Mall, and new four-lane roads. PM Modi met with BJP leaders during his visit.
