Chilarai: Seminar on Chilarai in Dhubri Guwahati: International Seminar on Koch Dynasty General | Guwahati News

A two-day international seminar sponsored by Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR) on the Koch dynasty general, Mahaveer Chilarai, started at P B College at Gauripur in Dhubri district in commemoration of his 514th birth anniversary. Representatives from Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan were also present at the event. A book titled “The Koch Dynasty and Charismatic Bir Chilarai” was released and a collection of articles titled “The Multifarious Horizon of Bir Chilarai” was also published.
