Now that’s a slogan that befits The Crest in more ways than one.
Before I go into greater detail on that however, allow me to first share a little more about our project today.
The Crest is a 99-year leasehold condo built by Wing Tai Asia (TOP-ed 2018) with the aid of renown architect Toyo Ito (recipient of the esteemed Pritzker Prize back in 2013).
To say that the towers at The Crest are of a unique structure would probably be a keen understatement.
For those who frequent Alexandra Road, you’d likely recall three distinct towers with units extending outward at varying heights (somewhat resembling a blooming flower’s petals if you will).

(KWNO)- Winona City Hall will reopen to the public on Monday with COVID-19 safety precautions in place.
City leaders are asking residents to make appointments and conduct business virtually whenever possible. Visitors are asked to wear a mask, limit their visit to 15 minutes, maintain physical distance, and not visit city hall if they are sick.
The city council and city boards will continue to meet via Zoom.

With COVID cases and spread stabilizing after the surge late last year, and the change in the state order coming next week, the city of Winona has reopened some facilities and is planning to re-open others in accordance with state regulations and strict COVID safety protocol, including mask-wearing and physical distancing.
Here are updates on the city’s facilities:
Outdoor rinks: Outdoor skating rinks are open in Knopp Valley, Valley Oaks, Tillman (has boards), Jay Bee Drive, and Wincrest parks. Their readiness is directly related to the weather; any stretch of warmer days could mean short-term closures.
Lake Lodge: Due to the mild winter, the ice on East Lake Winona just reached the minimum depth of 4 inches for safety in early January. The city is now planning to open Lake Lodge and the adjacent outdoor rink for skating, and is exploring options for outdoor skate pickup and rentals.
