Arlington, Va., (May 12, 2022) The Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) announced it has awarded over $120,000 in scholarships to 40 students from rural communities served by members of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association. The total amount awarded is one of the largest in the foundation’s 28-year history.
