beautiful sight here. what made you do that? sit down and play this music surrounded by water? well, the biggest part of it was that my son is actually the much more accomplished he pea annist in our house. he is he was really worried about his piano so we got waded back into the house from a place we were staying to be able to get some stuff. get some of the kids favorite stuffed animals and some of t t that. and when i went back in i handed the phone to my friend and said can you take a video of me really quick. the i want to show him it s working and everything s okay. and there was this truth when i sat down and kind of really sat down for one of the first times in a while, it was kind of a moment to kind of let it all sink in. you know? but i had no idea other people would kind of latch onto that the way they have.
neighbors have also been helping neighbors, asking about their neighbors. one woman was missing so the neighborhood was trying too find her. from the individuals in this house, they say friends are going to be coming hoefr and helping them take all of their soepged stu soaked stuff out of the home. you ll see water lines. people here say that the water was about three or four feet high. the individual from this house, i ve been hearing, john, from neighbors here is that he didn t want to leaf until he made sure that other people left. even though the water was about chest high. he was helping his neighbors and making sure they were okay. so we re also starting to see not only the resilience in h houston, people coming back to their home as fast as they can, but also hearing the stories of
