The City of Portage la Prairie will also begin the construction and preparation of four outdoor rinks for public use. These outdoor rinks are located at Prosvita Park (3rd St NW & 7th Ave NW), North Memorial School (6th Ave NE), Red River College (5th St SE & Saskatchewan Ave) and McKay Ave Park (Kitty Corral Park).
Closed signs at each of these locations will be removed and new signs will be installed, reminding users that current public health orders must be adhered to while accessing equipment, including:
