The Chief of Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug, a First Nation in northwestern Ontario, sent a letter to Canada s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau opposing Bill C-15, the federal government s proposed legislation to implement the United Nations Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
