The Southington softball team's last loss was to Masuk last year before both teams won state titles (Masuk in Class L, Southington in Class LL) and this year's team wanted to avenge that loss and did, beating Masuk 11-2 Thursday.
After the Arizona Coyotes' arena vote failed, Hartford mayor Luke Bronin tweeted some changes to the Coyotes' Twitter account in jest. Bronin said he would love to see the NHL team move to Hartford.
