Crashed into a power pole on highway 101. Just a few hours ago. Tara moriarty is live on the scene and chp says what happened. Reporter authorities dont know why this man drifted off the row but they think he may have fallen asleep at the wheel. The van is still here. It slammed into a utility pole first that is lying on the side of the roadway. Firefighters had to use the jaws of life to pry the man out. He was trapped between the drivers seat. This happened at 1 00. The chp says the victim is a 30 35 man from San Pablo Bay with a washingtons drivers license. He was taken to hairing general hospital.
