Nestled among the historic streets of Dayton, Tennessee, Monkey Town Brewing which gets its name from the infamous Scopes Monkey Trial has become a cornerstone of revival and attraction to the city s downtown life. At least, that s what owner Kirby Garrison hopes to see happen.
