In their first game as a Triple-A franchise, the Worcester Red Sox got a good look at a pitcher who might not spend long at that level.
Nate Pearson, the Blue Jays’ No. 1 prospect, had the WooSox off-balance early and they never quite found a rhythm as Worcester fell 6-1 at Thunder Ballpark in Trenton, New Jersey on Minor League Opening Day, Tuesday.
