If he could, Charles Barkley would be right up there at the head of the line, right alongside the scrubbed-up healthcare workers receiving the first doses of the Covid-19 vaccine for all the world to see.
“Hell, yes!” he says.
Barkley doesn’t have any critical underlying conditions that qualify him for an early shot, so he knows he’s not likely to get the vaccine anytime soon. When his time comes though, he hopes to receive the shot publicly to help persuade still-skeptical African Americans to get vaccinated.
