Smyrna, TN - Equitable Property Co. has acquired 44 acres in Smyrna for the development of Sewart’s Landing, a mixed-use district. The project will feature:
- 250,000 square feet of ground-level retail space
- Two medical office buildings (MOBs) totaling 400,000 square feet
- A 240-room hotel
- 75 for-sale townhomes
Groundbreaking is scheduled for next month, with Phase I completion expected in the first quarter of 2025. Tenants in the first phase will include Starbuck .
