Deputy is arrested for carrying weapons. Officers were called to a san marnan drive gas station for an assault around 330 this morning. Witnesses told police erik mcferran was drunk and tried to assault people. According to a criminal complaint mcferran had a loaded handgun on his person and later blew a point one six nine blood alcohol concentration.
