According to residents, the Kinmunchaung police station, located at the foot of the Kyaiktiyo Pagoda, was destroyed by a fire after being bombed by a drone. A drone attack targeted the Kinmunchaung Police Station located in Kyaikto Township, Mon State. A Kinmunchaung resident said, "I heard gunshots and noticed smoke emanating from the vicinity of the police station.
