Kington shoppers have paid tribute to Zarins Vitalijs (Vic), of Letts Electrical shop, A COMMUNITY has paid their tributes to a fascinating man who who was a popular figure on the town s high street. Zarins Vitalijs (Vic) Of Letts Electrical shop, Kington, passed away peacefully at Kington Court earlier this month aged 94 years.
