KINGSTON A pilot project to reduce traffic on downtown residential streets and give pedestrians more room to physically distance may become a permanent feature of the city’s roads.
Last year’s quiet streets pilot project, launched in August, involved barriers and signs placed at 44 intersections along Mack, Albert, Earl and Clergy streets in the city’s downtown.
