We do know according to Oakland Police that this crash took place around 5 30 a. M. That car was overturned when they showed up. There was a passenger who was stuck inside of it and sent to a hospital. Last time we checked, that passenger was in critical condition. I did get a chance to speak with a resident in the area who said the crash felt like an earthquake hit the area. She also said its common place for cars on this street to get into accidents.
