Seah Gulf Special Steel, a joint venture between Saudi group Dussur and Korean firm SeAH Changwon, has sealed an agreement with King Salman Energy Park (Spark) to build a steel pipe factory in Dammam at an investment of over SR1 billion ($266.3 million).
Seah Gulf Special Steel said it has sealed two agreements for its new $266 million steel pipe factory in Dammam - an EPC contract with Saudi-based Sendan International for its construction and a land lease deal with King Salman Energy City (Spark).
