There is a new demand for residence-style amenities given the increase in longer trips and working remotely.
With what we ve been seeing over the last few months, the microvacation is long gone with longer trips on the rise. That said, many traditional hotels are shifting their models by promoting extended stay packages, ‘work from hotel’ programming or positioning accommodations that are private, with residence-style amenities in-suite.
