A judge has declared a mistrial in the case of a woman charged following an arsonrelated fire. 28year old Cassie Zoubek was set to stand trial on charges of witness tampering stemming from a felony Second Degree arson conviction after zoubek was sentenced to 10 to 12 years in prison in july.
