Jazz Moralez has been appointed as the Beverage Manager at the reimagined Finch & Fork at the iconic Kimpton Canary Hotel in Santa Barbara. A fifth generation Santa Barbara native and restaurant industry veteran for over 10 years, Moralez holds a Level 1 Sommelier Court of Masters Sommeliers Certification. She finds inspiration from her travels throughout Europe as a Flamenco dancer, as well as her family s experience hosting foreign exchange students, which sparked her interest i n international culture, with a special interest in food and wine.At Finch & Fork, Moralez is passionate about bringing to life the stories of the local farms, winemakers, and distillers with her wine selections and libations alongside Chef Riker s menu. She is an expert at creating well-balanced drinks with subtle complexities that attract and satisfy both the experienced and novice imbibers. Moralez lives in Santa Barbara with her partner Emiliano and her beloved rescue dogs Buck & Bubbles.
