Because of that delay, there probably would have been a good number of people running past that crash can when it went off. We had no injuries and no damage to any other structures. What was found inside that crash can . What they are telling me was it was a pipe bomb type device. There were multiple boxes wired together. They are examining the additional boxes and making them safe. We have evacuated a four block area around that perimeter to make sure no issues to any individuals that live within that area.
