TOHO Schedules ‘Kimagure Orange Road’ Anime TV/OVA/Film Blu-ray Box Set
One of the few series that I can rewatch and enjoy and was a big part of getting me to stick with anime in the 1990s when the selection was minimal,
Kimagure Orange Road. The property is getting a new box set this year in Japan from TOHO and Pierrot that’s now planned for an October 20th, 2021 release. Priced at 33,000 yen, it’ll include the 48-episode TV series, the 8-episode OVA series, and the first feature film.
It looks like it’ll be a nine-disc box set that includes a talk special from 2006, the clean opening, and the clean ending along with eye-catches and TV spots. Pack-in materials include reproductions of the movie pamphlets and the TV series press sheet. All Japanse DTS-HD MA 2.0 with no subtitles.
