Doubts, rejection, endless waiting and an utter feeling of abandonment are what Dii, a former asylum seeker from Egypt, says he had to endure during his two-and-a-half-year stay in Korea. Dii, who requested anonymity and wants to be identified only by his alias, is now in the Netherlands where he obtained refugee status just two months after he filed his case there.
