The gunman santino leggen saying we would never condone the hateful thoughts and idea ols that led to this event and it is impossible to reconcile this with the son we thought we knew. Police say leggen was wearing a bullet resistant vest as he carried out the attack with an assault tile rifle. The suspect fired approximately 39 rounds during the course of this event.
