Rowe was sentenced at Carlisle Crown Court A CLEATOR Moor burglar who “deliberately targeted” the home of a woman with dementia has been jailed for 15 months. Cameron Rowe, 21, who had legitimately visited his victim’s home in King George V Close in the weeks before the crime, was caught red-handed when the victim arrived home at night on August 26 last year, Carlisle Crown Court heard. Prosecutor Kim Obrusik outlined how the woman, who suffers memory problems, had left her home at 8pm to visit a local shop and walk her dog. Returning at 10pm, she found a window open. Inside her home she found laundry which was neatly folded strewn around a bedroom.
