Bostian, 59, was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual offense by a government employee Friday. The allegations involved an inappropriate relationship with a student in 1992 at New Hanover High School. After his release from jail on bond, Bostian was found dead at his home on 3304 Tipton Court in Wilmington after Wilmington police responded around 9 a.m. Friday to a 911 call.
