Pro democracy activists have assembled close to the parliament where the proposed bill is due for a second round of debate shortly. The bill would allow people to be sent to Mainland China for trial. Theres a heavy Police Presence around the building, and young people have been stopped and searched. Hundreds of businesses have said they will go on strike on wednesday, and more mass demonstrations are expected.
