A record price of $170,000 for a trotting yearling sold in the state of Ohio was set on Friday at the Ohio Selected Jug Sale at the Pickaway Ag Center in Circleville, Ohio.
Sydney MSP Quorum is the first partner in Australia to be awarded the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Advanced Specialisation from Microsoft and has joined the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA).
MISA is a group of independent software vendors and managed security service providers that integrate with and provide managed services for Microsoft products.
To be considered for MISA, organisations must be nominated by Microsoft and demonstrate integrations that support the goal of improving enterprise security.
“Being included in this invite-only program is a huge milestone for us. As a member of MISA, we are excited to be able to integrate into Microsoft’s security solutions faster and deeper to ensure the best defences for our clients,” said Quorum cybersecurity practice manager Gavin van Niekerk.

The last year certainly made life challenging for anyone trying to plan events, and, as a result, 2020 created coutless challenges for any industries that depend on those events for financial viability. The Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association (OHHA) has around 35,000 members, with around 65 different venues for racing. The majority of those venues are county and independent fairs. So like many during the shutdown in March, the OHHA and horse breeders were left scrambling to find answers.
Steve Bateson, President of the OHHA said going into the pandemic felt like “stepping into the twilight zone” after going from a weekly racing schedule to a complete stop.
