Alongwith julian meltier, from national review. Thanks for joining us. Julian what is your reaction . Im very disappointed this iran deal. Weve negotiated from a position of weakness when we should be negotiating from a position of strength. Well probably end upscaling back sanctions. I think this is huge win for iran and very bad thing for stability in the middle east. They suggested we are giving up sanctions. So essentially were giving up our leverage with a country and a leadership that we know lies about what they do. Now, granted theyre going to be inspectors on iranian soil. But they have figured out ways to bury this stuff and do all kinds of stuff with inspectors looking around before. This is what happened. You dont want to do that with a party you dont trust. Im not as negative. I dont trust the iranians but i dont trust the russians, i dont trust anybody else we ever cut a deal with. I think, what you guys are overlooking is that there are even conservatives who look at ira
Until this evening. Gotcha. All right good. Thank you steve. Good morning to you. Lets go out and take a look at what we have. We have the bay bridge toll plaza and traffic is doing pretty well if you are driving coming into San Francisco. No major problems. 880 north that traffic looks good in both directions if you are driving northbound and southbound. As we look at the south bay northbound 101, 280 and 87 are doing really well via the map system. Road work not causing many delays. Lets go back to the desk. Several recent fires are prompting city leaders for stricter safety regulations while speeding up rebuilding efforts. Alex savage is at the scene of last weeks district. Good morning to you. Two San Francisco supervisors want to stream line the inspection to make sure they meet fire code and also want to look at ways to speed up reconstruction for burned down buildings like this one across the street from us. This place caught fire just a week ago. This was the scene. One person
New rain boots she got for christmas. Theyve been sitting there by the door. Thank you for joining us. Good morning. Im dave clark. Talk about weather and traffic. Should i run home and grab an umbrella . Not today. I dont need it today. Tomorrow. Tomorrow. Unless youre up north. Yes, youll need it today. For us, tomorrow will be the key day as this system slowly works its way toward us. Already have advisories, Flash Flood Watches out. Cloudy skies, all quiet now. Breeze picking up out of the southeast. We expect that to really crank up, because theres a wind advisory. Two systems. One will be very warm, topples over us. Tonight things really get cranked up. Already on the north coast, some rain is falling. A lot of cloud cover over us. Rain could start Mendocino County later today. For right now, its awfully quiet. 0s on the temps for most. Manufacturing, access to capital for Small Businesses, making investments in infrastructure, utilizing Domestic Energy resources, Stem Education and implementing smarter regulations. I believe, mr. Speaker, that this remains the best recipe for getting our country back to work. Beyond our job creation efforts, im proud of our leadership on confronting the nations debt crisis. Though not always popular, i refuse to accept the status quo of no budgeting, skyrocketing debt and ignoring the problem which only makes it worse. With over 40 cents now borrowed on every dollar spent by the federal government, this is both a Current Crisis and a future one as well. Last year alone, we spent more paying the interest on the debt than we spent on domestic priorities of education, transportation and Natural Resource protection combined. This is unsustainable. This is why i have dedicated much of my time and effort of reining in spending and in washington. Im proud of our efforts to introduce the fir
Prioritization and those organizations that have shown the effectiveness of their services because theyve received the investment by the city will receive the First Priority i think there are plenty of extremely effective nonprofits that dont see the city money and they maybe at risk. I dont know if that i agree with that kind of so we have a lot of wonderful nonprofits some receive city money and some dont. Again, this is criteria that the agency would set forth. We dont make that determination in the legislation. So i guess in terms of when we come back when this comes back for release requested release from reserve i dont know when that will be in a few guess so or months what will you have to present to us . Will you have the structure in place including the criteria in place . And yeah. So were completing now is the report itself which talks broadly about the overall policy recommendation. What we anticipate is bringing the full report. We were also planning on bringing to you a d
