the second i am going to launch a sweeping review of all of obama regulations with an eye to eliminating and repairing those that are killing jobs. for the first time in four years, every entrepreneur, every small business person, every jobs creator will know that the president of the united states likes them and loves jobs and higher wages that they bring: paul ryan and i will limit government instead of limiting the dreams of our fellow americans. our choice on tuesday will lead to two very good outcomes. the president is re-elected.
business and i ll cut taxes on middle income americans. [applause] the president plans to smother small business with more regulation. you see, regulations are able to be dealt with by large corporations that have dozens of lawyers and they can implement all these big regulatory changes, but small business gets crushed by the regulations. so we re going to go through and strip out those that have been put in during the obama years and put a stop on this regulatory creep that s killing jobs. [appla and of course if you really want to help small business, you got to take away the big cloud scaring away job creators and you have to get rid of obama karr and we ll repeal it. now, those are the five things we ll do to get this economy going. but in order for those things to happen, we ve got to do something that doesn t happen
they are painting a rosy picture. but beneath the purpose if the same share of people were participating in the workforce today on the day that the president got elected, our unemployment rate would be 11%. that s the real reality of what is happening. a lot of people hear 7.8% and people think, well, maybe things are better. but his point is that we can do a lot better than this. it s extraordinarily fishy. i have a gut feeling, it will be revised north of 8% until after we know who is in the white house. if obama win, i think this is the new norm. 7.9, 8.3, everybody living on the dole. obama is creating this by killing jobs. that s how he has decided to get the unemployment rate down. they are taking us for fools, insulting our intelligence. greta: politicians can spin it. but business owners have to live with it. what do the numbers mean for business owners and workers? nick poletta is the chief

the other issue is green. let s look at what the 59-point plan tells us about regulatory policy. we have mitt romney saying he wants to repeal and replace dodd frank and obamacare. if you looked the plan, it means eliminating the obama era regulations. at one point he says being obama means it ain t so easy being green. and he claims that by attempting to address issues of environmental concern, long-term health of the country and our citizens, that we are killing jobs. is that a reasonable physician to have on regulatory policy? in some states like west virginia, which used to be a democratic state, they are now so anti-obama they voted for a fill-in as opposed felon in jail as opposed to the president. there s a jingle that goes in
