Liverpool have completed the signing of Stefan Bajcetic from Celta Vigo to follow up their capture of Calum Scanlon from Birmingham City.
The champions have been at work to bolster their ranks ahead of the January transfer window opening. However, they have been focusing more on their academy than first team.

Liverpool have completed the signing of 16-year-old defender Stefan Bajcetic from Celta Vigo for €250,000 (£224,000), reports Caoimhe O Neill.
Manchester United had been credited with an interest but Liverpool, who have been scouting Bajcetic since late 2019, swooped in and persuaded the teenager to make the switch to Merseyside.
Liverpool have also completed the move for Birmingham City left-back Calum Scanlon. The 15-year-old has joined from the Championship club for a fee in the region of £400,000.
