The Strawberry Shortcake Shuffle 5k/Walk has been a summer staple in Lincoln County for 15 years.
This summer, the 16th Shuffle will be held by Kieve/Wavus for campers on their campus, and virtually for everyone else who would like to run or walk. The event supports the programs of Healthy Kids which include parenting support and workshops for professionals working with children.
“A wonderful event for kids, families and the Kieve/Wavus campers, folks enjoyed a professionally timed run/walk and home made strawberry shortcake,” said a news release. “2020 brought COVID and the event was cancelled.”
