A controversial subpoena for voter data will come before a Commonwealth Court judge Wednesday as opponents say an attempted election audit puts millions at risk of identity theft.
A court panel heard over two hours of arguments that mostly centered on whether voter data requested by the Intergovernmental Operations Committee in September poses a risk that far outweighs constitutional privacy rights.
Attorneys will argue for and against a GOP-led subpoena for voter data for an election audit on Wednesday afternoon. Two Bucks County residents are among those fighting against the audit.
