Losing a beloved pet can put owners through the most devastating emotional turmoil imaginable.
Hertfordshire Constabulary have been investigating the theft and says it would like nothing more than to reunite Molly with Mr McCarthy. PC Kieran Llewellyn says Mr McCarthy is “understandably still incredibly upset” with Molly having been missing for nearly two months now. He said: “Despite appeals in both the local and national media, we are yet to trace Molly. As we approach the two-month anniversary of her disappearance, we are still investigating this and still want to hear from anyone who thinks they may be able to assist with our enquiries. “Molly is a short-haired Chihuahua, and a creamy blue fawn colour. She was not wearing a collar at the time of her disappearance, but she is micro-chipped.
