School teams up with Winter Food Boxes to gives gifts to bring joy to families this Christmas Staff and students at Lowton Church of England High School who have worked so hard and been wonderfully generous in collecting Christmas treats to share with the local community. A SCHOOL has teamed up with a Winter Food Box project to brighten up Christmas for families. The isolation of COVID-19 restrictions, and maybe the loss of a job, are making this a lonely and difficult Winter for many homes. For the past five weeks, volunteers at Bridgewaters Community Café and Christ Church Pennington have been producing Winter Fun Food Boxes for 15 families in the area.
