The 34-year-old was badly hurt at Ancrum Court, Burnside Street, at around 11.40pm last night. 1 Cops say it came after a rammy in the area. The victim was rushed to Ninewells Hospital for treatment to serious head injuries. His condition is now described as stable by medics. Cops are appealing for any witnesses to the incident, or anyone who may have private CCTV in the area, to come forward.
