Chef Evan Hennessey’s two children, Emma and Kaden, now in seventh and fourth grades, are growing up learning skills they’ll rely on throughout their lives In addition to honing their math, reading and social studies knowledge at Seacoast Charter School in Dover.
Their dad has taught them to cook, which will certainly come in handy in the decades to come. While the rest of their friends eat ramen from a Styrofoam cup (if there even is Styrofoam by then), they can whip up some fresh pasta. And while for some a big camping trip means boxed mac and cheese and trail mix, these kids will be able to whip up something warm and delicious.
