KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Apr, 2021 ) :Advisor for Law, Environment & Coastal Development Barrister Murtaza Wahab, inaugurated the tree plantation campaign by planting a sapling at YMCA Ground in collaboration with the Bohra community, here.
Talking to media on the occasion, Murtaza said that the Sindhgovernment was re-vamping the YMCA ground for which its wall had been constructed, said a statement on Monday.
He said that walking and jogging track had also been constructed in YMCA ground and now hockey field was also being constructed in it.
He further said that the second major decision of the Sindhgovernment was to carry out large scale plantation in this field for which plants had been planted in collaboration with the Bohra community.

An accountability court in Islamabad has decided to indict Senate Deputy Chairman Saleem Mandviwala, former PIA managing director Ijaz Haroon and others nominated in the Kidney Hills reference,
which is a part of the fake accounts case.
NAB has accused Mandviwala of colluding with former PIA MD and selling a Kidney Hill plot to Abdul Ghani Majeed and the Omni Group. They reportedly received Rs144 million for this transaction through fake accounts.

The feud between the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) escalated on Saturday after the District Malir administration along with the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) apparently launched an anti-encroachment operation against only two farmhouses in the districtâs Memon Goth.
PTI Vice President and provincial assembly opposition leader Haleem Adil Sheikh later claimed that the farmhouses belonged to his brother and cousin. But Local Government Minister Nasir Hussain Shah said that the operation was against encroachments in the Malir district.
Shah said that these anti-encroachment operations are a part of Prime Minister Imran Khanâs policy against land grabbers in the country. He requested the PTI leadership to support operations against land grabbers. According to SBCA officials, over 30 farmhouses in the area are to be demolished.

The National Accountability Bureau told an accountability court in Islamabad that it will file a supplementary reference in the Kidney Hill case against Senate Deputy Chairman Saleem Mandviwala.
Investigation Office Mudassir Bhatti said that the bureau has found new evidence while investigating the case, adding that the number of suspects is expected to increase.
The court said that Mandviwala will be indicted once the supplementary reference has been filed. They have been given till February 18 to file the reference.
