Reporter the spalding camp tells us this medical examiner report is so incomplete it will be calling for a grand jury investigation. She was missing 17 days. Now after two months of waiting, an official report on her death. Probably electrolyte inbalance with deliria or dehydration. But the report found no evidence of alcohol or drug use at the scene. And no signs of trauma. The spalding family spokesman is furious. The calls of lin spaldings death is neglect and malfeasance on the fault of the San Francisco hospital and the Sheriffs Department.
