Ian Olson was charged in a two-count indictment after he allegedly drove a car spray-painted with QAnon slogans to the Wisconsin Army Reserve Center in Pewaukee on March 15. The plea agreement stated Olson knowingly assaulted and battered, and attempted to assault and batter, a United States serviceman on account of the military service of that serviceman and the status of that individual as a United States serviceman.
