State House Operatives Protecting Fraudsters From Arrest - Uhuru s cousin Uhuru s cousin Kungu Muigai follows the proceedings of a past court case File President Uhuru Kenyatta’s cousin Captain Kung’u Muigai has raised concern that some unidentified State House operatives are preventing the arrest of a gang of fraudsters. Speaking during an interview with Inooro TV on Monday, March 15, he said that the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) appeared to have its hands tied.
