According to another of its posts, the city’s observatory witnessed its wettest day of the year, recording 88.9 mm of rainfall by 8:30 am on Friday. “This amounts to 42.6% of the average September rainfall. Meanwhile, the HAL and KIAL observatories recorded 68.3 mm and 46.4 mm of rainfall, respectively.”
