Spencer County reporting lowest vaccinations in Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. Spencer County has the lowest amount of people vaccinated in Kentucky.
The county has a population of more than 19,000 people and the CDC is reporting only 14% of the population or about 2,000 people have been vaccinated.
