Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jairam Thakur has ordered an investigation after flags of "Khalistan" were found draped over the gates and boundary wall of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly in Dharamshala this morning.
A few Khalistani flags were put up on the gate of the Himachal Pradesh Assembly. Cops have promised action against the perpetrators. It can be an act of some tourists from Punjab, said Kangra SP.
Khalistan flags were found tied on the main gate of Vidhan Sabha Complex at Tapovan in Dharamsala on Sunday morning. Besides the banners, Khalistan was written with green paint on wall adjoining the main gate of Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha.
