Police said that Gursewak Singh alias Babla, in his sixties, who was previously booked in at least 65 FIRs of which majority were registered in 1983-84 during militancy period in Punjab, was currently captured in CCTV cameras while stealing two-wheelers in the jurisdiction of Doraha and Payal police stations.
