Montgomery County man charged in shooting death of neighbor

NORRISTOWN - A Montgomery County man has been charged with first and third degree murder after prosecutors say a man was killed during an exchange of gunfire between two neighbors.
According to police, on Nov. 20 Khalif Sinclair walked onto the front porch of a home on West Lafayette Street and fired two rounds. A person inside the home returned fire and struck 21-year-old Abdur Small in the head. Investigators say Small was standing near the door when the gunfire erupted.
Small was taken by ambulance to Suburban Hospital and transferred to Jefferson Hospital where he later died, authorities said.

NORRISTOWN, Pa. - A Norristown man has been arrested and charged in connection with a murder in November, prosecutors announced Thursday.
According to investigators, Khalif Sinclair, 23, is charged in the murder of Abdur Small, 21, in his Norristown home on Nov. 20. An arrest warrant was issued for Sinclair on Dec. 18 and U.S. Marshals arrested him in Marcus Hook on Jan. 7.
Officers responded to the 500 block of West Lafayette Street for a reported shooting. Arriving officers located Small inside the living room of the residence suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.

NORRISTOWN, PA A Norristown man was arrested by US Marshals in Delaware County on Thursday in connection with the killing of his neighbor inside his home last November.
Khalif Sinclair, 23, of Norristown, faces both first and third degree murder charges in the killing of 21-year-old Abdur Small. Though it was determined that bullets from Sinclair s gun did not kill Small, Sinclair started a gunfight which led to the killing, police said.
The incident occurred back on Nov. 20, 2020 on the 600 block of West Lafayette Street.
