One of Emma s standout achievements of the past year was contributing to the roll-out of Crawford s Business Interruption Portal, a digital solution that has helped the insurance market cope with the massive uptick in COVID-related BI claims by automating the majority of claims. Our goal was to find a solution to help our clients and their customers navigate a complex claim efficiently. We demonstrated flexibility, innovation and speed of delivery to bring the project to the market in less than 16 weeks, end-to-end.
